Pop ups are annoying! Think about the last time you started engaging with a website only to be interrupted by a pop up. But, they are effective. Exit intent pop ups are triggered when the user begins to initiate an action that would exit the site such as a back button or closing a window or tab. That's when this pop up will display and ensures the user is not interrupted while interacting with the site.

Quickly add or remove the pop up from the site

Title of the pop up feature

Subheading

Secondary title of the pop up feature

Text

A text block for basic formatting including bold, italic & linked text

Display delay in days

This will determine how often an individual user will see the pop up. Setting this to zero will cause the pop up to display every time and is not recommended

Content Blocks

Access content blocks using black arrow next 'Exit pop up'

Gather users emails and permission to market to them. When they sign up, a customer account will be created for them and it will include the marketing opt in.

E-mail placeholder: The initial text the users sees within the field

Contact

Similar to a contact page form, the submission will go to the 'Sender email' address of your store

First name placeholder: The initial text the users sees within the field. This text also acts as the label for the text in the email you receive. If left blank, the field with be removed from the pop up
Last name placeholder: The initial text the users sees within the field. This text also acts as the label for the text in the email you receive. If left blank, the field with be removed from the pop up
Message placeholder: The initial text the users sees within the field. This text also acts as the label for the text in the email you receive. If left blank, the field with be removed from the pop up
Phone placeholder: The initial text the users sees within the field. This text also acts as the label for the text in the email you receive. If left blank, the field with be removed from the pop up
E-mail placeholder: The initial text the users sees within the field

Survey

Use a dropdown, checkboxes, radio buttons or a text field to gather data from your customers. The submission will go to the 'Sender email' address of your store

Select dropdown label: Add a label above the field. This text also acts as the label for the text in the email you receive. If left blank, the field with be removed from the pop up and the 'Select dropdown options' text will be used as the label in the email
Select dropdown placeholder: The initial text the users sees within the field.
Select dropdown options: Separate options with a comma to create dropdown selections. Example: Option 1, Option 2, Option 3. If left blank, the field & label with be removed from the pop up

Checkbox label: Add a label above the field. This text also acts as the label for the text in the email you receive. If left blank, the field with be removed from the pop up and the 'Checkbox options' text will be used as the label in the email
