When requesting support for an unpublished theme, it is helpful to provide a Preview Link so we can view the them you have been working on.
Visit the Theme Page
Next to the unpublished theme name, click 'Actions', and in the dropdown click 'Preview'
A new window will open, in the lower right, click 'Share preview'
Click 'Copy link'
Paste the link into a support ticket:
- PC users can paste with 'Ctrl+V'
- Mac users can paste with 'Command+V'
